Sabeena's previous professional experience includes serving as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer to Bank of China International (BOCI), including its registered broker-dealer, BOC International (USA) Inc. and its registered futures commission merchant and CME Group Inc. clearing member, BOCI Commodities & Futures (USA) LLC; Senior Futures & Derivatives Counsel and Compliance Advisor to E*TRADE Financial Corp.; and General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer to Alpari (US), LLC, a CFTC-registered futures commission merchant and retail foreign exchange dealer and member of the NFA. She also worked in Merrill Lynch’s Office of General Counsel, the Division of Enforcement at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Bank of New York Mellon’s Legal Division and the Securities Fraud Prosecution division of the Attorney General’s Office for the State of New Jersey.
