From the moment I was accused of child abuse, I contacted Mr. Discioarro, who advised me over the phone of my rights. He even text me shortly after to inquire about the outcome, and everything he said would happen, did. Within hours of my release I met with him at his office, and he walked me throug...h what to expect going forward, and how difficult it would be to deal with ACS. I hired him based off his knowledge, how well he knew the system & his brutal honesty. He represented me in both Family & Criminal Court, and due to my busy schedule, he was always prompt, and never wasted my time. When the ACS worker seemed non compliant, Mr. Discioarro made sure to report her actions, in which she was reprimanded and swiftly removed from the agency. As stressful as this situation has been, it was worth every dime to have him represent me and clear my name. I hope I never have to contact him for future cases regarding myself, but I will be sure to recommend him for anyone in need of a good attorney.

We found him on this website for my false acs case. We were so naive that I had no knowledge of my rights. As soon as we hired Michael, he was with me 24hours. If I didn't have him, I truly believe that my child was taken away. You need to know how much lies acs brings to your case. They even li...e in front of the judge under the oath!!! They on purposely delay your case, so that they can see you being miserable. Do not do anything before you speak with Michael. Do not even take the first visit.
