I was caught off guard when my ex-husband brought an ACS case against me claiming that my boyfriend and I had abused my daughter. I had to quickly find a lawyer specializing in ACS cases and thankfully came across Michael Discioarro's site. Michael was able to meet with me that same day I received ...a call from ACS and he was very supportive and answered all of my questions patiently. Michael was extremely knowledgeable of the way the ACS case workers were and what the process would be like and assured us that he would take care of everything and that we were not to worry. The next day Michael travelled to my house to sit with us at our first meeting with the ACS worker and has been there every step of the way of the very stressful process. He has been very responsive in notifying and sending letters to the various agencies and keeping me in the loop as far as what's been going on. Whenever I had a question, I could always reach him and he was very responsive - I would receive a response within minutes. Michael was able to get the ACS charges against me dismissed and I really don't know what I would have done without his help, knowledge and support throughout this trying time. I would definitely refer anyone who needs a great ACS lawyer to contact Michael Discioarro.

I was wrongfully charged with DUI one night double parked in front of my house. I fell asleep with the car turned off after waiting an hour for parking and because I worked 14 hours. I was then profiled by the NYPD and wrongfully arrested and charged with DUI. Mike got my misdemeanor DUI charge dropp...ed down to a violation and a fine. Hello Everyone, I want to write a review about a stand up guy and great attorney, Michael Discioarro. I was involved with a long court case that finally resulted in my favor thanks to Michael's skills, knowledge, and expertise. I'd highly recommend him. I was very happy with the way he treated me,... and I was very happy with the results.

I was arrested over 3 years ago for DUI. Hired Attorney Michael Discioarro about 1 day after my arrest, as soon as he was available to meet me. Spent over 2 years in court with Attorney Discioarro. Finally got a lessened charge of DWAI misdemeanor not a felony. He is an excellent Attorney, well known... in the courthouse, always ends up knowing the other Attorneys in the courthouse everytime I had to appear. He knows the process and the system really well. He has probably dealt with hundreds of DUI cases. When I first got arrested I was afraid, after dealing with Attorney Discioarro, it became clear to me that it's just all one huge process and hundreds if not thousands of people go through this experience. So I didn't feel so much like a big time loser or criminal. Anyway, I learned my lesson. I no longer drive unless it's work related. Socially, I just take subways, buses or cabs. It's not right to drink and drive. If you don't care about yourself, at least care about other people's lives, especially children that you could potentially hurt by drinking and driving. Michael was my attorney while I was facing neglect charges. He was able to get all the charges dropped and the case ultimately dismissed. My ACD was immediately sealed instead of me waiting the 6 months period. Which he was able to get for me so I wouldn't face unemployment .
