I can't tell you how much I am truly grateful for man. This is my second time using him and once again he hasn't fail us. My husband and I just got out of an Acs situation because my children school called them due to their so called absentees smh. But the faster Acs came into my life the faster they... where out my life all thanks to this caring, dedicated, hard work, and I may say very professional attorney. After careful research, I chose Mike to represent my family and I against false claims presented to my wife and I by ACS (animals) and thank god we did because this agency doesn't want to help your family they want to twist your every word and tear apart your family! We had nothing to hide so we firs...t dealt with these animals (ACS) in good faith but soon noticed how these unprofessional uneducated case workers twisted our every word and even made up a few things along the way, that's when I had enough fearful of my family being teared apart by these animals I hired Mike. As soon as I walked in his office I felt the "power" he was giving me! And knew then and there things would be alright. Immediately after this office visit the constant calls, visits and harassment from the animals (ACS) STOPPED and soon thereafter case DISMISSED! Do yourself and your family a favor DO NOT speak to these animals they do not want to help they just want to pad their BUDGET at the expense of your family. Get Mike on your side and watch these animals (ACS) scurry away and feel the power back on your side.

Please forgive any typos or grammatical errors - I wanted to write this off the top of my head so it could be as earnest as possible and come from the true emotional joy Mike gave me and my family: I don't know where best to begin with how great it was to work with Mike. I started online, like mos...t people do in a crisis that they can't simply ask friends for help with...And I found Mike, surrounded by his numerous positive (and accurate!) reviews online. Thank GOD! I could see very early that he was really going to help me and my family, but most importantly treat us as more than just clients...Like a family who needs help and doesn't know where to turn. Truth be told, he might seem like a tough cookie when you talk to him but THAT IS THE KIND OF ATTORNEY YOU NEED!!! Don't be fooled by the ones who try and sound all nice and only want your money. Seriously, I have been absolutely screwed before because of that. Not with Mike - He was relentless; Keen and experienced enough to know how to "play ball" with an awful and tormenting ACS investigation that my family had to go through, and aggressive enough to protect us in every way. I will tell anyone who is going through this type of problem in their life that it is terrible, enough to bring a grown man to tears on multiple occasions (me). But what you need is someone strong and aggressive to handle these people! There is so much manipulation involved on the side of ACS - they can be a very cruel and inhuman organization, which prides itself on TEARING FAMILIES APART! I was fearful for my child and the many terrible outcomes I've read and heard about online...all of which Mike was aware of. But Mike was FIRM! - he tore into ACS in a professional manner and DID NOT LET UP. We gave ACS the bare minimum of what we had for their terrible investigation but MIKE MADE SURE WE DID NOT HAVE TO DO AN OUNCE MORE THAN WE WERE COMFORTABLE WITH and we came out on top! ACS first tried to close the case with a BOGUS indication of child abuse (indication is the term used to mean guilty, in other words). Mike jumped on them that day (In fact, he responds to everything immediately, and even helped me while he was on vacation at one point - God, I can't say enough good things about this man's character). So anyway, Mike fought them on the indication and weeks later (only weeks later because ACS takes FOREVER to torture you) I received a letter in the mail that ACS was going to amend the indication and remove it completely off our record. Of course, because there never should have been one! Thank GOD for Mike - I would recommend him, without hesitation, for anything he does! His experience, character, and flawless approach left us with a win!!! From one parent to the next, this man saved our family and you should look to him to help save yours if, God forbid, you are in a similar crisis. THANK YOU SO MUCH MIKE! GOD BLESS YOU FOR YOUR HELP!

Michael defended me against ACS with great effectiveness. He exposed them for what they are in simple but powerful terms. The case was dismissed after several month of repeated attempts by ACS to drag me in the mud, with the complicity of my wife. I can finally enjoy a normal life again with my kids....
