Mike represented me in a (wrongful) DV accusation in Criminal Court. With his guidance we stood our ground and the case ended up "not guilty" dismissed, despite initial attempts by DA to agree to settlement that would implicate guilt. Michael Discioarro was the best. He was able to clear my name of false accusations in record time. He was able to get my case sealed and expunged. From the moment I was accused of child abuse, I contacted Mr. Discioarro, who advised me over the phone of my rights.
