My wife run a wonderful daycare in NYC. For 10 years we've operated to the highest standards and never had a problem with anyone. One day a child fell and hit his head on the corner of a wall. The child required stitches. We spoke to the parents and it seemed that we all agreed it was an acciden...t. We added padding to that wall and thought it was over. The following day police appeared at our door with the parents claiming that my wife pushed the child. Although there were 5 witnesses that all said that did not happen. (This was a scam to try and collect the maxium money from our Insurance) The Dept of health and ACS appeared at our door and were trying their best to shut us down. I called Michael and within a day he had stopped the harassment from these agencies and within 4 months our names were cleared and our business remains intact and better than ever. Michael worked with our insruance Lawyer as well. Michael is amazing, there are no others words. He calmed my wife and I down and let us know he would be with us until the end. If you are being harassed by ACS this is your guy. We met once then it was all by text. Michael always responded to my questions immediately. He was where the buck stopped when we were being unfairly abused by the out of control ACS system and their staff of amateurs who operate with impunity. I o...nly wish I had contacted him immediately. The system takes a while but he got justice for us.

I went to Mike after getting a surprise call from an ACS person who literally told me she would bring the police and start a formal investigation on my family if I did agree to setup house visit within 24 hours. This sounded like extortion or invasion of privacy instead of a civil discussion with a c...ity agency. After reading about ACS and all the horror stories online I knew I had to protect my familly by hiring Mike. Mike immediately informed the ACS person that they would have to deal with him directly since i was his client. Which was a great relief. When the ACS switched out the agent and attempted a second surprise visit I had Mike on the phone and they were powerless to pull any tricks. Just as Mike instructed after 90 days everything was resolved and the ACS agents left us alone and closed the case.
