I was on probation for 4 years for a class B felony case and had 2 years of probation left. I was doing so good and eager to be considered for early release when suddenly I was falsely accused of domestic violence because my girl wanted to get back at me for choosing my wife. From the time I walked into Michael Discioarro's office, I knew I was in good hands. He knows what he is doing. He told me he does not want to take this to court and that's exactly what happened. We found him on this website for my false acs case. We were so naive that I had no knowledge of my rights. As soon as we hired Michael, he was with me 24hours.
