Had a criminal case thrown at me out of the blue with no idea of the criminal justice system, Luckily Michael knew enough to put my mind at ease while i followed the steps to a clean name, something he had promised from the start. He emailed, texted and called me at every turn of the case, sometimes ...just to put me up to speed and ask if i had any questions. All while being aggressive enough with the D.A and others who seemingly aimed to hinder me, from witness' to business.' if any legal battles come my way in the future that he would accept, i would definitely put my freedom in his hands.

For anyone who has every had a fraudulent call to ACS made on them, especially for those working in Education, you know how devastating it can be. Anyone choosing to impersonate a professional can make false claims and they immediately have an open case. Not only can this effect current employment b...ut can jeopardize all future opportunities as well. I cannot say enough about Mr. Discioarro's quick and effective approach. He came to the initial house visit and was willing and able with questions to our every concern. The case was quickly closed as unfounded and we are able to continue with our lives. Our children and family were minimally disrupted which was the most important thing for us. If you want your case and any concerns resolved immediately by a professional, I highly recommend Mr. Discioarro.

I hired this lawyer in a desperate situation regarding unjust ACS worker and complicated divorce. Mr. Discioarro responded fast but he did not solve my problem. He gave bad advice that further escalated the conflict. When the case went to the court, he let me organized my own evidence. With in 5 minu...tes of the 1st hearing, he got removed from the case by the judge. He is also financially questionable. He never sent me a retainer with detailed fee structures. He received my money then returned a receipt with lower amount. He requested much higher than peer/market separate "court fees" 1 minute before the court starts. Don't hire this lawyer if you have other options. I don't know if AVVO verifies the reviewer identity. I won't trust this lawyer's anonymous short 5 star reviews.
