My son was hospitalized for what turned out to be a virus similar to a severe cold. The hospital called ACS since we would not agree to allow them to apply certain medical treatment. My husband and I was accused of being neglectful and abusive, even though we were by our son's side night and day d...uring his Hospital stay and go the extra mile daily to care for him. Our decision proved to be the best decision since our son was discharged without needing the treatment. However, we were still left with the mess that the hospital created. The situation was like a hit and run. We called Mr. Discioarro after feeling as though we were being taken advantage of by ACS. Thank God we made that decision. He handled our case and represented us well, and I even learned some spiritual lessons from the whole situation. Although this is not a situation anyone would like to find themselves in, I titled this review grateful because I am grateful that we had legal representation during this time.
