I was caught off guard when my ex-husband brought an ACS case against me claiming that my boyfriend and I had abused my daughter. Well here I go, adding to the accolades…Thanks to AVVO and all the great reviews, I’ve found a lawyer who is not only competent but is attentive, personable and considerate. I turned to Mike after learning that ACS may have a potential case against me (filed by my child’s public school, same people ...who have known me for several years as a dedicated parent!!!). The initial consultation left no doubt in my mind that Mike would take care of this with utmost dedication and professionalism. I recently walked into Michael Discioarro’s office in a complete panic because I was the subject of an investigation with ACS. This investigation was based on lies and completely falsified by the anonymous person who "called ACS in good faith".
