Biography
Jeffrey M. Rich graduated from the University of Southern California in 1982 and obtained his law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University in 1985. With 38 years of experience as a trial lawyer, he is admitted to the Bar in New York and New Jersey. Jeff has a successful track record of trying cases in both states.
His legal expertise encompasses various areas, including oral and maxillofacial surgery and dental malpractice cases involving lingual nerve injuries and inferior alveolar nerve injuries, as well as medical malpractice cases related to cosmetic surgery, failure to diagnose cancer, birth injuries, and surgical errors. Jeff has handled hundreds of general negligence cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability cases, slips, trips and falls, construction site accidents, municipal liability, and transit system liability cases.
