Sounds like an open warrant. He should have seen a judge by now. If he has not, contact his prior attorney or hire a new one.

If you have been out pending indictment it would be unusual to change the bail status unless there were new or more serious charges in the indictment.

It is very possible that your lawyer waived speedy trial. Speak with the lawyer.

You certainly could be arrested. Do not talk to the police if they come for you. Wait until you have a lawyer to speak about this.
