If you already have been sentenced can the Feds still come back with superseading indictment or is everything pretty much over ?

After sentencing there cannot be a superceding indictment bu there can be a new indictment with new charges.

If there was no injury, the violation is an E felony. Maximum jail is 4 years, though usually this does not happen.
