David A. Caraway

Since 1995, David has created estate plans and Last Wills for hundreds of individuals and partnered and married couples to carry out the wishes of clients when their circumstances no longer permit.

David has assisted scores of loved ones in their time of loss to assist with the probate and administration of estates. He often has been appointed by NYC Surrogate's judges as a Guardian Ad Litem to represent the incompetent in court.

David formerly represented mortgaging banks at scores of closings before representing buyers and sellers of coops, condos and houses in his practice. He and his associate, strive to make the closings as efficient as possible.
