William Charles Buzzini

I am a business lawyer who engages in complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy/restructuring. I also studied Talmudic law for 15 years prior to earning my J.D. These combined legal disciplines allow me to cut to the heart of any legal matter with the support of decisive legal authority and make novel applications of established legal principles for the benefit of my clients.

I have managed a number of Chapter 11 single asset real estate cases, and applied innovative strategies and legal arguments to achieve client goals.

I developed an intimate knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code through Bankruptcy LLM courses, my work for Judge Beckerman in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, and my hands-on experience in the field.

I also worked for the United States Court of International Trade and the Commercial Division of the New York State Court System, where I gained familiarity with appellate review and the inner workings of state court proceedings.

I am excited to be working again for R3M Law, LLP, where I hope to gain a greater mastery of bankruptcy and commercial litigation and help expand the practice.
