OUTCOME: Defense Verdict

Dental malpractice case involving claims of improper wisdom tooth extraction and root canal treatment by my client dentist. Plaintiff claimed my client failed to inform him that performing both root c ... anal and extraction of an adjoining tooth could cause numbness. We argued the patient was given this and additional information pre-extraction, and was well aware of the risks of the procedures prior to agreeing to undergo them.
