While an officer (President) and director of a publicly-traded company, I had the unfortunate experience of defending a number of lawsuits (stemming from one disgruntled source) that, in my opinion (and ultimately the courts' as well), were without merit. Furthermore, the directors of the corporation... were also individually named as defendants which added significantly to the drama. Stuart was recommended by our counsel. Thank goodness.
