Awful experience. They give their clients the runaround, never taking responsibility for their numerous mistakes and negligent behavior. They made a lot of errors in my forms, even forcing me to correct the same errors multiple times. It's my opinion that they're either inept or outright unethica...l in the way they rely so heavily on undertrained paralegals to handle sensitive immigration forms. After making those errors, they didn't do anything for an entire year. During that year, I contacted them multiple times, always telling me Soo Nam was in a meeting and wasn't able to take my call. I had to show up unannounced at the building and wait for over an hour just to get the attorney to finally give me a straight answer about my case. She said she would handle my case personally going forward and that she would make things right, and I believed her. That was my mistake. I had to continue dealing with her less-than-capable staff. She refused to refund my retainer. I ended up changing lawyers because I could no longer trust her.
