I am a senior partner in De Caro & Kaplen, LLP. My legal practice consists of representing victims of motor vehicle collisions, bus and truck crashes, construction site accidents, unsafe buidlings and medical malpractice. Our special emphasis is representing victims of traumatic brain injury. I am honored to have been elected the first female chair of American Association for Justice, Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group.
