Ryan D. Hersh

Ryan D. Hersh joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2026 and is an Associate with the firm’s Litigation Department.

Hersh is an experienced litigator who handles real estate, commercial, and civil disputes in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings. He represents condominium, cooperative, and homeowners associations, property management companies, and individual and corporate clients in all phases of litigation. Hersh’s experience includes motion practice, depositions, appeals, settlement negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution, as well as supervising litigation matters and advising clients on complex legal issues.

Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Hersh was a Senior Litigation Associate and the Supervising Attorney at Levy Goldenberg LLP. Hersh spent the first three years of his career as the Assistant Law Clerk to the Honorable Sharon M.J. Gianelli, who currently presides over the Commercial Division in the Supreme Court Of The State Of New York - Nassau County.
