STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUY! He IS A CON I was given this guys contact by another lawyer Stephen Lions who works with him in order to get kickbacks. I had no idea that this guy was just a crook. I started a lawsuit against NYC in Southern District Federa...l Court pro se. Once my case was scheduled for pre-trial on Dec 3, 2014, I had already paid Michael Strage a retainer on Sept 2, 2014. He informed me he had the dates wrong and could not come to court for pretrial argument. He was also not registered as my lawyer and he had not filed, his appearance as my counsel. It was not until Feb when he filed his appearance only to request to dismiss all but one of the defendants. He never filed a motion to amended complaint before the deadline and continued without file extensions to deadlines. He never investigated or talked to defendants. He did nothing but wait for the judge to dismiss my case. He did nothing at all except argue with me on the phone. He filed late over the computer system which rejected his motions. as the judge had allowed various court filings deadlines were due that he consistently avoided. He never presented an accurate bill of time , He made up a bogus bill of thousands that never happened. I have sued him in Civil Court and he never showed up so now he is in contempt of court and is still out there ripping people off. In addition, he is an officer of a bogus company that is registered with the NYSE and is publicly traded.
