Mike's practice focuses on real estate and intellectual property licensing transactions.

In his real estate practice, Mike's representations include:
• commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions of multiple dwellings, retail and industrial properties, such as residential apartment buildings, multi-tenant office buildings, gasoline service stations, and retail convenience stores
• leasing transactions in office, retail commercial, industrial and residential settings
• real estate financing and investments

Mike also has extensive experience in:
• joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, licensing, manufacturing and distribution agreements designed to leverage intellectual property assets, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology and cosmetic products, and medical devices
• computer software development and technology licensing, including Internet and e-commerce, gaming, voice-over-IP telephony devices, and mobile software technologies
• equipment leasing and finance
• branding and trademark licensing and prosecution

Michael was an attorney with a New York law firm, and was senior counsel to a software company.
