Kelly A Mcgee

Kelly A. McGee, a partner and trial attorney in the firm’s New York City office, focuses her practice on defending clients in high-exposure personal injury lawsuits, construction site accidents involving New York Labor Law claims, catastrophic fire and property damage, and premises liability.

An exceptionally experienced litigator, Kelly is adept at crafting defense arguments, conducting exhaustive research and analysis of file documents, vetting and preparing witnesses and experts, oral argument, and trial motions. Her experience includes New York Labor Law and Scaffold Law claims, catastrophic accidents, toxic torts and product liability, environmental litigation, wrongful death actions, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability involving sexual assaults. She has also assisted with successful appeals.

Kelly is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook and Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. She also completed the Liberty Mutual Insurance Company-sponsored National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) highly intensive Trial Advocacy Training Program.
