Karen A. Friedman is an New York traffic lawyer who has practiced law for over 30 years. She is the president of the Association of Motor Vehicle Trial Attorneys. The A.M.V.T.A. is an organization of attorneys that represents motorists and corporations in traffic and criminally related matters throughout New York State.
Prior to embarking on a legal career, she drove a taxi for four years, and for three of those years was the union chairperson of one of the largest taxi garages in New York City, (Super, which later became Elgin [a.k.a. Skull’s Angels]). Her experience representing taxi drivers, mechanics and utility men encouraged her to pursue a legal career.

The Worst
Used her 3 times. Won one and lost two. She annoys the judge - had no shot after that! Doesn't know how to balance her assertiveness. Not a good lawyer. Never again!
