You need to get yourself an attorney.....if this is a first arrest, you should be ok........you should worry if you get caught doing this again.

There is no way to know for sure. Obviously where you embezzled from is a factor and there seems to be some mitigation. Hopefully you will avoid...

If your cousin plead guilty already, it is difficult, but not impossible to reopen the case. I suggest you speak to local counsel about options.
My boyfriend has a 5,000 dollar cash only bond what can be done to prevent jail time.
