I'm sure there is some paperwork that can be provided to the judge to prove this class was taken.

You may go to jail if there is no excuse for why you didn't finish your classes.

If you never went to court, and were never arrested, I'm not sure that there would be anything on your record.

You can try to ask the court to appoint a new attorney. If not, you would need to retain your own attorney
