It is in fact legal. The only issue is that if the cases were previously sealed, then the prosecutor would likely need an unsealing order.

You can go to the police and file a police report. The repercussion may be that the dr. gets arrested for his behavior.

I was convicted of a Class C Felony-money laundering May 2005 but when I look it up on-line it says it's Class B. Did it change?

You can contact the clerk of the county you were convicted in. It may very well be a mistake.
