If someone drugged you and knocked you unconscious and then took blood from you,

Yes. Call the police. They will ask you to come down there and make a report. I would photograph the arm where blood was taken ASAP.

Don't pay anyone demanding anything. Your lawyer will explain this further but for now- pay nothing. Hire a lawyer.
