Jamie Alison Rosen

Jamie Rosen is Partner in the T&E and Litigation Groups at Meister Seelig & Fein PLLC. Jamie brings a unique perspective to these groups, representing individuals and families in civil litigation, negotiations and crisis situations specific to mental health issues and/or alcohol/substance use disorders. She has extensive experience in Mental Hygiene Law Article 81 Guardianship Proceedings, Mental Hygiene Warrant proceedings, and Family Offense/Order of Protection proceedings, among others. Jamie comes to MSF with 10 years of experience in mental health law, having represented mental health and health care professionals as well as major hospital systems in psychiatric treatment and retention hearings and Kendra’s Law applications (Assisted Outpatient Treatment).

Jamie’s practice also extends into trusts and estates, particularly estate litigation. She represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate and trust administration matters, probate contests, discovery proceedings, accounting proceedings, and related disputes in Surrogate’s Court.
