George David Zalepa

Mr. Zalepa focuses on patent litigation, prosecution, due diligence, and related counseling. He has represented clients in technology areas including satellite communications, web analytics, network hardware, and cloud-based technologies. Mr. Zalepa has been involved in all stages of litigation from pre-suit investigation to trial. Mr. Zalepa also has extensive experience in conducting due diligence analyses for substantial patent portfolios involved in mergers, acquisitions, and defensive reviews. Mr. Zalepa is additionally experienced in drafting and prosecuting a variety of technologies, including search engines, next generation television, social networking platforms and Internet advertising.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Zalepa was a patent examiner with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. At Ostrow Kaufman LLP, Mr. Zalepa focused primarily on patent litigation and due diligence analyses. While at the Patent Office, Mr. Zalepa worked in the Processor Architecture and Instruction Processing Art Unit prosecuting technologies including, branch prediction, VLIW and SIMD systems, FPGA architectures and multi-threaded processing
