In July of 2014, I found myself in need of sound legal advice regarding the sale of my partnership share in a small business I owned. I had begun an event catering business in the city of New York with one other partner, and over the years I invested much time and energy into building a client base a...nd profile for our company as well as planning for and executing various events.
