Eric was extremely helpful in getting my son's status adjusted. He gave a timeline within which things would occur and they all followed through to a tee. He also gave excellent advise each time a new "event" came about, answering emails and phone calls outside of normal working hours. Eric helped me with my husband case (I601A waiver & I130 petition for my husband) He did an amazingggg job, he make sure I had all Docs needed for interview broad, was always reaponsive, very easy to get along.
