Bert Marshall Oberlander

This lawyer was secretly" in bed" with my case's opposing lawyer. He was pushing the unilateral request of the opposing council, while constantly making personal judgements and questioning my beliefs( not related to representing my case). He even went so far as to state 5 minutes before court, that ...he forget at our prior pre-court consultation meeting, to mention the opposing lawyer's (unrelated to our case) recent added request, and that if we did not agree, it might be contingent on our case's decision at hand! When we went into court, the judge threw the unrelated request out! Mr. Oberlander overall legal representation was pessimistic and frustrating to say the least. Why do I hire a lawyer to defend me and he is passing judgement, and pushing the agenda of the opposing party? A confessed murder on trail could of received better legal representation.
