About Allison
Biography
Attorney Berecz joined Dobrish Michaels Gross LLP in 2010 but has concentrated her legal practice on matrimonial and family law since 2006. While she possesses the necessary skills in all family law matters, Attorney Berecz focuses on the complex financial matters involved with the division of marital estates, difficult custody, and access issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Berecz attended Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2008. During this time, she enrolled into an internship program where she concentrated her efforts on support and custody matters. Many of the issues she dealt with involved mothers who survived traumatic violence.
Currently, Attorney Berecz is admitted in New York and New Jersey. In addition, she belongs to the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, the Matrimonial Law Section of the New York County Lawyers’ Association, and the Matrimonial and Family Law Committee of the New York Women’s Bar Association.
