exemplary representation regarding contract and lease
Had a landlord issue and needed clarification and representation for housing lease. Mr. Goldberg provided excellent advice and subsequent contractual review and clarification to solve my issues. I would recommend him highly without hesitation, and plan on utilizing his services in the future.

Did a great job. He worked with his team. They gave me free consultations and he gave me his private cell phone number. The fees were very reasonable and I got great results. Alan is a great lawyer and got me over $1 Million Dollars on a buy-out!
He is the best lawyer I ever met. He got me over $1 Million from my landlord as a buy-out, The landlord wanted to give me pennies for me to move so he could demolish the building. Alan took control and started a lawsuit for me. If not for Alan I would have lost everything!

be careful of big firms
we hired their firm for a simple eviction. a tenant didn't want to sign a new lease after having no lease for 10 years. rent stayed the same all 10 years. we increased rent $50 and she didn't want to sign. so she stopped paying. wanted to evict for not paying rent. she didn't hire an attorney. she re...
