Very satisfied
Alan was very responsive and provided a lot of useful information during a free consultation. Ultimately it didn't make sense to work with him and he was very honest about this. The man clearly knows his stuff when it comes to housing law.

Landlord tried to trick us because we were from Atlanta
This lawyer protected us and assured that we got Rent Stabilization status. Our landlord tried to take advantage of us because we are from out of town. He got us rent stabilization status, reduced our rent and got us a rent refund. He did it on a contingency so there was no out of pocket fees to us.
