Throughout my years of practice, with a substantial background in real estate, litigation and dispute resolution, I have developed a skillset that includes the ability to negotiate persuasively, advocate zealously, develop and cultivate a client base and mentor and support the professional development of junior associates. My varied experience enables him to foresee and avoid issues in a particular matter and resolve potential disputes before they arise.

I concentrate my practice in the areas of real estate transactions, general corporate matters and commercial litigation. My diverse experience includes involvement in all stages of commercial and residential property transactions, litigation, business entity formation, corporate governance and acquisitions and sales.

My clients include individuals, developers, owners, investors and businesses in their acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing and other related needs in both commercial and residential transactions. I also serve as outside general counsel to several start-up companies, in which role I have handled various matters, including the corporate and partnership structure, office leases and employment issues.
