Yariv C. Ben-Ari

Yariv is an extremely incompetent lawyer who I hired for more than one matter in the previous few years. He is a real estate transactional attorney who I've learned doesn't do any work on his own and is rarely aware of his clients matters. Instead Yariv focuses on bringing business to his firm throug...h a pattern of deceit and lies to his clients and potential clients. In my instance Yariv was working on a matter that had extremely critical timing and with no prior warning he disappeared and refused to answer emails, phone calls or text messages. From multiple communications a day to literal silence for more than a week was the exact experience I had. I have corroborated horror stories of Yariv's legal representation or lack thereof with prior clients and also prior colleagues of Yariv's. If I were asked to recommend Yariv to anyone I would absolutely not with a very clear explanation of his deceit and untrustworthy behaviors.
