Entertainment lawyer based in New York city handling entertainment law, copyright, trademark and related intellectual property law matters in the music, film, television, book and fine arts areas as well as in the general communications and technology fields. My practice encompasses both transactional and litigation matters. I have represented clients in contract disputes, negotiations and business entity formation. I am working with several high profile clients on copyright terminations. Also, I secure licenses for all forms of content including music and audiovisual footage for use in motion pictures, documentaries, music concerts, TV programs, advertising campaigns, CD & DVD compilations, and online entertainment. I advise clients on entertainment branding and marketing strategy, and handle many digital media matters including copyright and licensing issues related to "apps", streaming and download clearance. I also handle court proceedings concerning contracts with minors for the entertainment and technology industries. Among my clients I have represented recording artists, songwriters and record producers, film producers, book authors and illustrators, magazine publishers, photographers and models, clothing and fashion designers, cartoonists, fine artists and art galleries, and website designers and start-up tech companies in contract disputes, negotiations and business entity formation.

Royalty on Mighty Emerald Publishing Contract
Mr. Collins looked into royalty payments accrued for recorded materials in which i took part creating. His conclusions resulted in me recovering pending funds.
