Another attorney told me I would not be able to resolve the worst tenant situation I've ever had.... This is a very experienced and shrewd attorney who told me there was no point to even try... The tenant was incredibly nasty and causing enormous problems... it was an awful situation... Then ...someone told me about Sylvia... I was very skeptical... but I had nothing to lose. The relief I feel is indescribable, In addition to paying far far less than I would have with the other attorney who was completely useless. I hardly ever post a review but I am doing it because she truly changed my life.
