E2 Visa approval after denial

I wanted to make quite apparent that Steven Heller is hands down the finest attorney I've dealt with thus far. I approached Steven quite distrought after facing a 214b denial on my E2 application in 2016. In the initial consultation I explained my case and why the officer at the US Embassy thought a ...denial was appropriate. Steven really understood and listened to the case properly and gave a timeline which he was very prompt with not allowing for any margin of error on the time scale or his performance. I had a belief that it would well be an uphill battle, however made the process a whole lot easier. Having dealt with my initial attorney Steven showed his competenace and professionalism through his work and had me confidence of a successful outcome. I would recommend Steven to anyone it need who is need of help with immigration as he knows his business very well which allows you to make an informed decision. Thank you

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
