Robert Stephen Sikorski

I hired Mr. Sikorski to advise me on how I could be designated as a beneficiary of assets of an irrevocable trust after the death of the benefactor even though the benefactor still needed the income during his lifetime from the assets of the trust that was being generated. The advice from Mr. Sikorsk...i was to establish the terms in the trust to allow the income of the assets of the trust to continue to go to the benefactor's benefit during his lifetime though he signed away the principal . This allowed the funding of the irrevocable trust to be established while having no disruption to the welfare of the benefactor during his lifetime. Mr. Sikorski explained that this is a method employed to benefit charities as well, without causing a disruption to the welfare of the benefactor. When I explained this method to the potential benefactor it made perfect sense to him and he indeed created the irrevocable trust for me with this arrangement. Mr. Sikorski was very patient with me in explaining legal concepts.
