Biography
I focus my practice on intellectual property, corporate and real estate transactions, and bars and restaurants - liquor licenses, leases, purchases & sales, as well as litigation. In each of these areas, I complete transactions in an efficient businesslike manner, and am always transparent to the client so they know the issues and progress. No surprises during the engagement or in the billing. Tough when required, I am always fair and ethical. When business arrangements breakdown, I will not hesitate to litigate.
I also support my business clients by resolving their problems with government agencies - State Tax department, buildings department, labor department, workers comp., liquor authority, fire department, etc there is always an administrative agency with their hand out trying to pick your pocket - I help level the playing field.
