Kendra Yun Joo Goldhirsch

Kendra Goldhirsch is an Associate with Chaffin Luhana LLP.  Ms. Goldhirsch is a 2015 New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Star.  Her practice focuses on national products liability litigation and mass  torts. 

Before joining Chaffin Luhana, Ms. Goldhirsch was an associate at another prominent national mass tort firm where she represented hundreds of victims in pharmaceutical and medical device cases. In 2014, Ms. Goldhirsch was a member of the Actos multidistrict-litigation trial team that resulted in a multi-billion dollar verdict against the manufacturers and distributors of the drug. In 2012, Ms. Goldhirsch was a member of the trial team responsible for securing a $9-million verdict against the maker of Accutane. Ms. Goldhirsch was also involved in litigating numerous complex product claims that resulted in substantial settlements for her clients.

Ms. Goldhirsch received her Bachelors Degree from Boston University and her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. While attending Brooklyn Law School, Ms. Goldhirsch volunteered in the Safe Harbor Clinic as a French language translator for foreign nationals seeking asylum in the United States.

Ms. Goldhirsch is admitted to practice in New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern District of New York.
