Jonharold Antonio Cicero

Mr. Cicero handles a wide variety of real estate matters, with an emphasis on commercial real estate transactions. He represents developers and investors in their acquisitions, dispositions and financing of commercial assets, and in every phase of condominium and cooperative development. Mr. Cicero also has experience representing clients in connection with loan purchases.

On the corporate side, Mr. Cicero advises clients on a broad range of corporate, partnership and limited liability company transactions, including the formation of business entities, the purchase and sale of interests in business entities, the structuring of tenancy-in-common and joint venture ownership agreements and the purchase and sale of business assets.
