I am lawyer licensed in the US (New York) and Canada (Alberta), specializing in U.S. and Canadian immigration law. I currently work at Scott Legal PC, a full service immigraiton law firm in New York City, where I assist in a wide variety of clients' immigration needs, including EB2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions for entrepreneurs and professionals, EB1A petitions, EB1C petitions, E-2 investor visas, O-1 visas, TN visas, H1B visas, L-1 visas, F-1 and B-1/B-2 applications and more.
Before joining Scott Legal, I worked for boutique firms practicing EB2 NIW and EB1A petitions and maintained a commercial litigation and arbitration practice in the Litigation Department, Complex Litigation Group, at the New York office of Paul Hastings LLP. I also maintained a pro bono immigration law practice handling U visa based green card and asylum applications. I am fluent in English and Korean and conversant in French.
