Both transactional and litigation, commercial and business. I represented clients in delicate contract negotiations with parties in several countries, involving IT development, existing and to be developed technologies, representations and managerial employment relations.

This includes litigation and arbitration mostly, in private international law. There is also a good number of contract and settlement negotiations and coaching other attorneys on international treaties.

Engaged in most types of civil and criminal litigation, international (mostly Latin America), domestic and multi-state. In many cases, I did only the Civil Procedure aspects. In many others I carried the whole, including trial and settlement.
