Successful motion for summary judgment based on a defendant’s destruction of material evidence led to judgments against defendants in excess of $2.5 Million entered in 2010.
Successful motion for permission to make alternative service by e-mail granted in January 2009 which allowed client to obtain jurisdiction and led to settlement of the matter in December 2009.
