I saw people started looking for good lawyer when they got screwed up, but I didn’t. I had paid consultation on website with some lawyers I guess, it didn’t work. Then I visited several lawyers in New York because I heard they in general see more types of cases here in immigration field( yeah, why no...t? This is New York, full of immigrants.) I came to the United States in 1999 from China without proper documents. I was arrested by the ICE agents at the airport and placed in removal proceeding.
