H1 - B Case

I started my H1-B case in the middle of March. It was a challenge for the company and lawyer to prepare the case in short time. For me, I can’t miss the lottery since it was very hard to get the chance in this last minute. I heard Mr. Ramesh from my friend who also had H1-B case with him last year. ...She recommended me to Mr. Ramesh who are experienced in immigration case. Mr. Ramesh always shows his confidence to the case even time was very limited. It raised my hope as well. He was professional and patient. When I got the reference letter from the USCIS, we talked, and he made a list of evidence and gave me the instructions as well. He was honest to tell me if my letter was not good enough and then we revised couple times together. Thanks for his professional performance and helped me to solve the case. I will recommend him to your immigration case.

Reopen of Removal proceeding was made possible

I came to the United States in 1999 from China without proper documents. I was arrested by the ICE agents at the airport and placed in removal proceeding. I lost my asylum application in 2000 and I was ordered removed by an Immigration Judge in New York. The Board of Immigration Appeals dismissed my ...appeal.In 2006, I got married to a US citizen and I gave birth to three adorable US citizen children. My husband was desperate to reopen my removal proceeding, but saw no possibility of doing so. We met several attorneys but did not feel comfortable at all. In the meantime, unfortunately, ICE arrested me from my home since there was an outstanding removal order against me. Amid this chaotic situation, in the summer of 2009, we met attorney Shrestha who not only comforted us but also carefully managed to reopen my case and let me adjust my status to that of a permanent resident. His extensive experience in immigration law was the reason why we decided to trust our case to Mr. Shrestha. The feeling of peace and security what I have achieved through my attorney is priceless.

If I can gave him 11 stars I will, Ramesh is outstanding!

If I can give Ramesh 11 stars I will. That's how good he is! I worked for Ramesh as a paralegal many years ago. He is the go-to guy for difficult cases. A lot of cases I thought it was impossible to win, he won it.I saw him re-opened tons of cases, won asylum from Honorable Sandy Hom. He even helped ...a K-1 over stay get her green card. These are all very difficult to achieve, if not down right impossible. Law firms toss those cases out of the door, they simply can't do it. Ramesh is very detail-oriented, and he is willing to spend time to explain things to his clients. No any other lawyers will do that. I worked for other lawyers before, they usually have paralegal deal with clients. Years ago, my landlord called me and crying for help, her cases was denied, and all the law firms she went to toss her case out. I reviewed her cases and I knew Ramesh helped many cases like this, it's very costly, but luckily it's not one of those problems even good lawyers and money cannot solve. There are a few times, I saw people who came to Ramesh, and it was too late, and the case was completely dead. Had they came to Ramesh in the beginning, or earlier, they will get green card. My landlord was very lucky that she received her green card. In the beginning, she didn't realize how serious the matter was, she complained to me it took so long (one year and half) to finally get her green card. A few years later, I met her in Chinatown, she stopped me and thank me to introduce her to Ramesh, she said she will not have her green card had she not went to Ramesh. Her grandson was with her, he was much taller and I saw this smile on her face that I was glad she can stay here in the USA with her family. I'm glad she finally realized how lucky she was. Working for Ramesh is a lot of responsibility for me, each client has a story, family and American dream behind them. If we lose their case, we will hurt their family, kill their dream. Ramesh cares about them, and he taught me how to treat cases seriously "because this is a person's life". I am a first generation immigrant myself, I knew how stressful that this green card process is, I even hired Ramesh to handle my application, and I insisted to pay him, even if I knew how to fill all of the forms and where to mail it, you can't be cheap on the most important investment in your life. I can buy less clothes, save money on other things, but for something so important I want everything done right.
